Please join us for an action packed presentation as Gigi Dreskler of ATA Black Belt Academy in Greensburg teaches us self-defense.  Gigi has years of experience teaching self-defense and taekwondo.  She is a 3rd Degree Black Belt Certified Instructor, a certified CPR Professional Rescuer Instructor, and an instructor certified in SHARP (Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention).  She is also certified in Disruptive Student Management, Kidz’n Power Abduction Prevention and Bullying Prevention, and she is a First Responder in the State of Pennsylvania.

Alexander Technique

Zentangle and Tea

Zentangle is an easy to learn method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns. It is a fascinating new art form that is fun and relaxing. It increases focus and creativity, and provides artistic satisfaction and an increased sense of personal well-being.

Walking Club

Join Our Clubhouse members and volunteers for our new Walking Club. All are welcome and this is a great time to get started - we will be following the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services walking program for beginners. Over the next several months, our walking distances will slowly increase until we are ready to walk a 5K together in May 2017! Each participant will receive a walker's manual that includes a training schedule. An Our Clubhouse member and volunteer will lead two walks each week, and you may make some new friends to walk with on the weekend as well!
