Fitness Fun is a fun, no experience necessary, low impact exercise class. All levels of abilities are welcome. This class will help to get you back on track or to start exercising. We use stability balls, tubing, bosu ball, agility ladder, medicine balls, TRX, and other fun exercise equipment.
